Mr. Joiner, for the second time in his career, has received the award from the Association of County Commissions of Alabama (ACCA) for "Outstanding Contribution to County Government" |
This award is given annually to individuals who have contributed to the betterment of county government in a manner above and beyond what is expected in their everyday duties. It is not a longevity award, but represents significant contributions to county government statewide. Mr. Joiner has been the Calhoun County Administrator for 38 years and is a graduate of Jacksonville State University. Mr Joiner won the Outstanding Contribution to County Government previously in 1989.
