The attached resolution passed by the Commission pursuant to the attached Act, authorizes Sunday Alcohol Sales in the County to become permissible upon a majority vote resulting from the March 3rd Primary Election. Once we have received an official certified count from our Chief Elections Official (Probate Judge) and/or the Secretary of State’s Office, Sunday Alcohol Sales will be permissible. Anyone wishing to participate in Sunday Alcohol Sales is advised to get with the ABC Board as to what, if any, other requirements must be met. There is no further action required on behalf of the Commission.
